Going for my much needed KCR session tomorrow🙌🫶

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a manual therapy that can help with a variety of conditions, including:
Chronic pain, such as back pain, knee pain, and hip pain

Headaches, such as migraines

Other conditions, such as fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, and chronic fatigue syndrome

Improving alignment and walking patterns

Reducing discomfort from arthritis and tendinopathies

Improving core strength

Making the body stronger, faster, more supple, and flexible

Loosening joints

Releasing tension

KCR is a non-invasive treatment that involves a series of gentle stretches and joint mobilizations. The goal is to rebalance the body by returning it to its natural alignment. This can help to improve posture and reduce aches and pains.
