They had leaflets and posters to share, alongside presentations and seated exercise sessions with the ward inpatients, spreading the word on the fantastic difference Physiotherapy makes to peoples lives!

May is Stroke Awareness Month!

Exercise is a powerful tool to both prevent strokes and rehabilitate after the impact of stroke.

Therefore we challenge all stroke survivors to reach a combined target of 500 miles either walking, jogging or running (the Physio team will be joining in too!).

Updates will be posted throughout the month of May!
