May is Stroke Awareness Month!

Exercise is a powerful tool to both prevent strokes and rehabilitate after the impact of stroke.

Therefore we challenge all stroke survivors to reach a combined target of 500 miles either walking, jogging or running (the Physio team will be joining in too!).

Personality Disorder Conversation Café - 10th March from 1-4pm at VAA, Forfar. Experts by experience, and/or their carers are invited along to share their expertise and views to support shaping care in this area. This event is for people with lived experience, but are welcome to bring along someone for support if preferred.

This is the last Tayside World Café as successful events have already taken place in Dundee and Perth so please share this event with your networks so Angus's views are included. See attachment for full details.
