We offer fun, relaxed and friendly classes and wellbeing services for you and your baby or child 💜 Little Miracle Massage & Yoga is so much more than touch!

It's an opportunity for new parents and babies to come along to a nurturing environment to enjoy and be part of a blend of activity, relaxation and social time. Parents and babies will benefit from guided relaxation exercises, massage strokes, yoga stretches, sensory stimulation, shiatsu and song. Over a 5 week block we will:

*explore how to give a nurturing full body massage to your little one.
*enjoy fun baby yoga stretches.
*use different textures to provide touch stimulation.
*learn useful shiatsu points for common baby ailments.
*sing our way through the sessions to the delight of the babies.
*have time to enjoy a chat, cup of tea and biscuits. The benefits may include:

* helping to stimulate sensory development.
* improving babies sleep patterns.
* helping relieve gas, colic & other baby ailments.
* giving parents new ways to interact & bond with their babies.
* building confidence in parents through baby handling.
* improving positive interactions between fathers and their babies. In addition to the benefits of touch therapy for babies, there are profound benefits of singing & rhyming with babies. I am a certified Relax & Sing Baby Massage & Yoga instructor, fully accredited by The Royal College of Midwives. I am a member of the PVG Scheme and hold an enhanced disclosure. Classes are delivered within my home (in Arbroath) over 5 week blocks however, I am willing to facilitate the sessions within your home (Angus wide) should you have a group of participants. 🐣🌸 Easter Toddler & Baby Craft Session 🌸🐣

Join us for a special Easter-themed craft session, perfect for toddlers and little ones too 💛

This relaxed, welcoming session lets your wee ones explore and get messy in their own way, whether they’re busy toddlers or babies celebrating their first Easter 🐣

Alongside our toddler-led sensory crafts (think spring colours, bunnies, chicks, eggs and hands-on fun 🐰🥚🌼), parents are very welcome to get crafty too! You can create sweet little keepsakes for your babies, including footprint crafts and special “My First Easter” creations 💕

There’s no pressure for perfect masterpieces, just time to explore textures, materials and colours at your own pace in a calm, friendly space. A lovely chance to make memories (and something to pop in the keepsake box!).

£12 per session
+£6 per additional child

Toddler-Led Craft Class ❤️ Valentine’s Theme ❤️

A couple of spaces are available ❤️🐞

These sessions are designed especially for toddlers to explore, create and get a little messy at their own pace. Children will enjoy making Valentine’s crafts, love bugs and cards, with no pressure to follow steps, it’s all about exploration, creativity and imagination.

Perfect for curious wee ones who love glue, paint and getting stuck in 🎨 🖍️❤️
