Little Miracle Massage We offer fun, relaxed and friendly classes and wellbeing services for you and your baby or child 💜 Little Miracle Massage & Yoga is so much more than touch!

It's an opportunity for new parents and babies to come along to a nurturing environment to enjoy and be part of a blend of activity, relaxation and social time. Parents and babies will benefit from guided relaxation exercises, massage strokes, yoga stretches, sensory stimulation, shiatsu and song. Over a 5 week block we will:

*explore how to give a nurturing full body massage to your little one.
*enjoy fun baby yoga stretches.
*use different textures to provide touch stimulation.
*learn useful shiatsu points for common baby ailments.
*sing our way through the sessions to the delight of the babies.
*have time to enjoy a chat, cup of tea and biscuits. The benefits may include:

* helping to stimulate sensory development.
* improving babies sleep patterns.
* helping relieve gas, colic & other baby ailments.
* giving parents new ways to interact & bond with their babies.
* building confidence in parents through baby handling.
* improving positive interactions between fathers and their babies. In addition to the benefits of touch therapy for babies, there are profound benefits of singing & rhyming with babies. I am a certified Relax & Sing Baby Massage & Yoga instructor, fully accredited by The Royal College of Midwives. I am a member of the PVG Scheme and hold an enhanced disclosure. Classes are delivered within my home (in Arbroath) over 5 week blocks however, I am willing to facilitate the sessions within your home (Angus wide) should you have a group of participants. Some days, you receive a reminder of why you do what you do… opening this card was one of those days.
Reading this card honestly stopped me in my tracks. What started as “baby classes” has grown into something so much bigger - a safe, supportive space where mums can connect, share, laugh, cry, and realise they’re not alone.

Knowing that these sessions have helped someone feel welcomed, supported, and part of a community means more to me than I can ever put into words. This is exactly why Little Miracle Massage exists 🩷

To the mum who wrote this (and to every family who walks through the door), thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for being part of this little village we’ve created together.

First blocks of Baby Massage and Baby Yoga in 2026 ✨️

It was so lovely to be back on the mat today.
Always a pleasure to welcome back massage mummies and their babies who are now Yogi Babies, and such a privilege to welcome so many new mummies and babies as they begin their Little Miracle journey ✨

I hope everyone who joined me today enjoyed their session, and I’m really looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow in Forfar 💛

Last year, we expanded our services with the launch of 'Little Spa Baby', and they’ve been so incredibly loved 🫧🛁 .

Seeing families return and welcoming so many new little ones to experience the magic has truly meant the world to us.

We’re super proud to have been the first in Angus and Tayside (and possibly even further!) to offer these beautifully bougie Baby Spa experiences, welcoming families from Aberdeen, Laurencekirk, Dundee, Fife, and so many towns and villages in between 💖

As we step into 2026, we’re so excited to continue pampering, nurturing, and supporting your little ones through calm, gentle spa sessions filled with connection and care 🫧✨️
