There is the ideology (the science and how things "should" be done) then there is reality (your life and what can be done!)

They are not always the same!

Do you want to log food forever?

Counting calories.

Tweaking macros.

Scanning every barcode like it’s going to magically fix the problem.

Tracking is useful.

It teaches awareness, portions, and what your body actually needs.

But it can’t fix the deeper stuff: the overwhelm, the lack of routine, the self‑doubt, the busy days where you grab whatever’s easiest.

Long‑term fat loss doesn’t come from a perfect MyFitnessPal streak.

It comes from building simple, sustainable habits you can keep up when life gets chaotic.

Fix your behavior around food.

The results will follow.

Find people that get it.

Find people that want to see you win!

Find people that believe you can.

Find people that have already done it.

Find people that cheer you one.

Find people that say "well done".

Find people that listen.

Find people that call you out to make you better.

You’re already juggling work, family, and a hectic social life.

The problem isn’t time… it’s how your current habits are built around convenience, chaos, and “just getting by”

Getting healthier isn’t about adding more to your schedule.

It’s about making choices that actually support the future you want - even on your busiest days.

Small decisions shape your routine:

✅ Grab a quick food shop instead of defaulting to another 45‑minute takeaway.

✅ Choose a simple, realistic workout instead of waiting for the “perfect week” that never comes 

✅ Back yourself. Even when confidence is low,  instead of slipping into old patterns that keep you stuck.

You don’t need more hours.

You need smarter habits, built for real life.

Stop trying to overcomplicate something so simple...

I know you want this to be harder for you than anyone and you want to feel like you figured it all out...

If you’re tired of starting over, these 3 shifts will change everything for you in 2026.

And it is Saturday so I know you will be doing nothing to work on your health or goals...

"Its the weekend..."

Keep that mindset and stay where you are...

You don't need to go extreme today... or on MONDAY that is the point here!

You are all in for a couple days and then all out.

THAT IS NOT BALANCE.

Stop blaming your motivation...

It is your habits and behaviours.

It is the routine that you are in.

Slow down.

Stop being a child and expecting a reward for everything you do...

You don't do workouts to earn a treat... grow up!
