However living a healthy lifestyle and doing something that makes you feel better about yourself can only be a good thing right?... 🤷♀️
You need to live life, but being happy the majority of your life is surely better than feeling good for a bit then dealing with the repercussions after.
Ecessive drink, sex/adultery, drugs, food, gambling, spending... Quick fixes for happiness.
These can all be enjoyed in moderation and without a negative consequence... Dont chase instant gratification, quick fixes or buy into things that sound too good to be true...
You will waste more time and effort doing these and having to start again.

You as a PERSON need to change.
Too many people want to have their cake and eat, too many people get in touch asking for one thing but are unwilling to do what needs done...
Too many people are not willing to change the way they live.
This life which has lead to weight gain, feeling crap or poor physical and mental health.
The idea of changing seems harder than staying where they are...
If you we were already truly happy with ourselves we would not want to lose weight, reduce fat, tone up, build muscle or feel better...
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲.
Take me for example, to become a bodybuilder I had to become a bodybuilder...
Live, train, think, eat, sleep... Be a bodybuilder.
To get anything you dont have you need to do something YOU have not done.
To look healthy it requires you to be healthy.
Healthy does not happen over night, neither does fat loss.
You can't chop and change your foods, good/bad, on it/off it, healthy for a bit then back to the way you ate before, then back to healthy or starving yourself - this is yo-yo dieting.
How many of you have googled 'best alcohol when dieting' or 'lowest calorie alcohol'?
Maybe your drinking habits are why you go around in circles - couple drinks, dont care, binge... Or couple drinks, hangover, binge and miss training for a couple days.
"What are the best snacks" - snacking could be what causes you to over eat
"Do you have good recipies??" - too many people need everything to be mega tasty - the food indusrty are clever and figured out that they can make you buy more food by making it taste unreal or morish... want more, buy more, they make more money.
"How can you eat the same thing all the time?"- I done a big post about this, you are probably eating the same things each day over the week already... Constantly mixing your foods up is always going to lead to the need for takeaways or fast food. It is a lot of pressure to out on yourself to be creative 2-6 times a day...
"Ahhh f*ck it! Who cares!! YOLO!" - This mentality needs changing. We all do only live once but being unhappy 80% of the time is not the best life...
"I will put it off until tomorrow" - dont put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Honestly tomorrow becomes next week, next week becomes a year, a year then feels like there is no point.
"I can be bothered... " - you may just be lazy. Being lazy is not a bad thing, I am pretty lazy but I am also self disciplined.
"Ahhh but..." - Making excuses is the biggest and worst way to lie to yourself. You and only you know when something is an excuse... But making excuses for something that benefits you is not a good idea. These lies will spread out and affect other aspects of life... A wise man once said to me "you can trust a thief again, but you cannot trust a liar"
"I am a fussy eater..." - try not telling yourself that for a couple days and see what happens... Being a fussy eater does not mean you need to eat crappy meals either, I have had a lot of them. Try new things, you may like them... but I am fussy and I never liked it when I was a kid...well grow up and dont be fussy. Now is the time to change that and try new things. :)
You are maybe someone that checks for results daily and gets put off when they dont see them... - this may be the only change a lot of you will need to make. Rome was not built in a day... Hell even Arbroath was not built in a day. It takes time. Stop. Expecting. Life Changing Results In 24 hours!! **LIFE** CHANGING. STOP.
Stop expecting a reward or a treat for being 'good'. Being good is going to get you what you want and have set out to get... You are not a dog or a child. The reward will come.
You need to become the person you want to be...
You can expect to keep living your life the way you do and get a different result.
You need to change.
It will take time but for most of us it needs to be done.
