Images below are of a client today who attended with fully occluded wax in both ears, meaning the wax was covering the entire canal.
The first picture you can see is where a lot of olive oil was inserted by the client 3-5 days of olive oil use is recommended prior to removal this ensures that the wax or keratin (skin) is soft enough to remove at time of appointment allowing the microsuction to get a good suction grip and remove. Also if irrigation is utilised the wax will wash straight out.
The last two pictures olive oil was only used once and you can see the wax is slight drier however more olive oil can be added during appointment if required.
I am fully booked for today and will return to work on Monday.
