No classes again this week – still recovering and taking it slow.
Three weeks ago, after a lovely day in the Angus Glens, I was hit with sudden vertigo (caused by a vestibular nerve issue). It’s been rough, but I’m getting there – with gentle yoga, meditation, vairāgya (letting go), and lots of patience… not always easy, but definitely part of the practice!
Thanks so much for all your kindness – I miss our classes and lovely chats. Hopefully not too much longer now 💚🙏🏻
