Girl, give to YOURSELF. I see us stretched, run ragged and doing all for everyone. Let’s give to ourselves: The agency to do things for us, rest, slowing down, peace to daydream, stepping away from the to do list - fill your cup. We do not need to be encouraged to give more of ourselves away!

Seeing and appreciating how hard we are all working, how much we are all juggling, how busy we are. Let’s mark international women’s day with the intention of a grateful, calm week ahead, prioritising ourselves and filling our cups x

I’ve been having a lovely time in clinic during my maternity leave kit days. I’m trying to tie them in with embryo transfer days for my clients doing IVF. Thank you to my clients for your patience and understanding with the last minute clinic dates to facilitate these! There has been a flurry of lovely news and messages like this 💕 Hoping for a lot more before Christmas ✨

At this point I should be writing “book now” etc, but I would prefer finish up on a note of magic. How magical to send this message and so joyous to receive ✨

I’m currently on maternity leave and will be back to work around Christmas/ New Year.

I can’t leave you all for that long! So in the meantime I’ll be offering 10 days of pop up clinics from October-December. These will be in Ardglass and Bangor.

✨Client stories like this are absolute magic ✨

They do happen 🥹

I have been having beautiful client news the last few weeks and I’m completely overjoyed for everybody. Such happy times to be pausing work on. Although always feeling the mixed emotions of the joy, fear and grief clients are experiencing. Fertility has the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. My clients are the strongest women you will ever meet.

I’ll be opening a mailing list soon for anyone wishing to commence fertility support treatments in the next few months and would like to keep updated with when I’m back. Apologies to anyone I’m not available to treat in the interim. Keep me posted on how you’re getting on! 🤞

Expecting

We’re having some lovely news in clinic recently ✨
As well as these clients, I am also expecting ✨🤰🏼

I will be taking time off around the end of August/ September. If you’ve been thinking of starting treatments, now is the time! As before I will likely condense what I’ll be offering and take deep tissue and sports massage off the menu first (depending on my hips!).

I’ve opened additional appointments online, hoping to get everyone fit in! If you can’t find a time that suits, send me a message and I’ll try my best to see you.

I hope to be back to work by Christmas 🤞

Nuala's aim is to support and empower individuals to promote health and wellbeing via therapeutic treatments. Nuala has over ten years experience working with athletes, couples trying to conceive and celebrities as well as people with injuries and ongoing medical conditions in a variety of settings.
