Massage Mamas ❤️

This incredible group of mamas didn’t know each other last week, and today they all opened up about their births (the good & the bad) offering advice and giving each other respect & openness. It was beautiful to see 🩷

We also learnt the very welcomed colic routine today, and then every baby had a lovely little sleep whilst we all chatted!

A very wholesome day today 🫶🏼

Yesterday we had our first baby massage & reflexology class at Lexden Wood Golf Club 👶🏼

We enjoyed a hot drink, biscuit and got to know each other a little bit! There was lots of lovely conversation throughout the whole lesson which was so beautiful to see ❤️

Class 1 means learning out leg & foot routine which all these babies did very well 👌🏼. We then had a lovely conversation between the group about baby names & how they got to their chosen baby names.

Wholesome first lesson ❤️ See you next week mamas for our colic & tummy routine!!

Today we had our first classes at our new venue!!

I had such a lovely morning, firstly with these gorgeous crawling yoga mama & babies, seeing their happy faces after a summer off 🫶🏼

Meeting some brand new mamas for our pre-crawling yoga too!

It was sooo good to get back to classes and spend time with you all today, thank you for such a lovely morning, my cup was certainly filled today ❤️
