Our first Bumps & Brunch was honestly such a dream 🤰🏽👶🏼✨

We’re so excited to be heading into a brand new term at the beautiful Nayland Village Hall 💛

This June, we’ll be welcoming new families (and lots of tiny toes!) into our Baby Massage, Baby Yoga courses 🥰

It’s the perfect chance to slow down, connect with your little one, and enjoy some calm, quality time together in a warm and supportive space ✨

Expect gentle movement, soothing routines, lots of bonding, and of course plenty of tea, chats and baby cuddles along the way ☕️👶🏼

Whether you’re a brand new parent or looking to deepen your connection with your baby, these classes are designed to support both baby’s development and your wellbeing 💛

It might sound that way - but actually, baby massage is designed to support you right from the very beginning

In those early weeks, gentle touch helps to settle and soothe your baby as well as building a deeper bond as you both adjust.

Helps to support early development through loving interaction and even ease common newborn niggles like wind and restlessness.

There's no need for your baby to be calm or "class ready" — this is a space for you both to slow down, connect, and feel held.

Tiny newborns are more than welcome in our classes - in fact, it's one of the most beautiful times to begin our classes 🫶🏼

Monday Morning Cuteness ❤️🌿👶🏼

There’s nothing quite like our Monday mornings… 💛

This week I loved welcoming back our gorgeous mummies as they continued their baby yoga journey, while also saying a big, warm hello to our newest families joining us for Baby Massage & Reflexology 🥰

The teas and coffees were flowing ☕️, the chats were in full swing, and the room was filled with the sweetest little stretches, snuggles and smiles ✨

Honestly, there’s something so special about a space full of mummies and their babies… slowing down, connecting, and sharing those precious early moments together 💕

I love teaching these wonderful mummies every Wednesday, they brighten my day starting with the older babies in Crawling Yoga and finishing with the tiniest bubbas for our Massage & Reflexology class 🥰

Our next term of courses start at Nayland on the 10th June and run through to the summer holidays!
