Little update from me✨

A few of my lovely mummies know that my lovely Dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2021. He went through many rounds of chemo & surgery but we learnt that his cancer was terminal, he fought really hard for so long but this week he lost his fight & gained his wings 🪽💔😔.

Things feel very heavy right now and if anyone else is going through grief or a family member going through their fight, I feel you and am thinking of you, always 🫶🏼! I am always here to have a chat/coffee, please don’t feel afraid to reach out.

My classes on Monday are being covered by the wonderful Holly (thank you 🙌🏼) && I will be back to classes soon ❤️. Things will be quiet and intermittent on here so please bear with me.

I wanted to also say a huge thank you to everyone who has reached out to me, your words bring me such comfort and I’m so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful community around me ❤️.

YOGA IS CHANGING 😱

You all voted for a longer baby yoga classes which included a hot drink and sweet treat and that’s exactly what you’ll be getting 🙌🏼👏🏼!

We get A-LOT of feedback staying our yoga classes just aren’t long enough to enjoy time together, chatting and having a coffee and they can feel a little rushed when you coming from a extra long baby massage class and we wanted to change that.

So now, all crawling & pre-crawling yoga classes will now be 55 minutes long AND INCLUDE hot drinks and snacks 🫶🏼

Our baby massage & reflexology class will help nurture both you and your baby - and because it's suitable from birth, it's the ideal first class to do with your little one.

You'll learn some amazing new skills, enjoy precious 1-1 bonding time with your baby and meet a group of local parents with children of a similar age!

It takes bravery to be the first person to speak up and asked, but once done, the rest usually follow 🫶🏼
