We have a KCR share on Sunday 26th October at noon.

Bethany and myself will be hosting from PFMBODYCARE studio in Ardrossan
Please let us know if you would like to join us for an afternoon of KCR self care

It really saddens me to do this and I have honestly been putting off doing this but after a full Saturday afternoon wasted I feel we have no options especially when people don’t contact you or answer your calls/messages
