This Friday night we will be opening our doors from 4.30 until 9.15 so you can enjoy a sauna under the stars.

Night time saunas are an altogether different experience and we cannot wait for you to try this 😁!

That’s when I know it’s time for an hour to myself. No phone. No to-do list. Just the heat, the sea and the time to breathe.

And I always step out feeling lighter.

This week we’ve been giving the sauna a bit of TLC – fresh paint, a good clean, and getting it ready for the new season. It’s been brilliant to see the wee community that’s forming down there while we work away.

I even managed to sneak in a quick sauna and dip myself (so refreshing 🌊🔥) and rounded it off with a ginger shot from the café 👌

As I was heading out, Beach House Therapy were just wrapping up a treatment, and it got me thinking… how good would it be to go from sauna straight into a massage? 🧖‍♀️✨
