Healing journey is a unique space where you can go on a healing journey to the depth of your soul, mind and body. A journey that will help you get answers and advice to different issues in any aspect of your life, be it emotional, mental or financial. I offer different types of healing and therapy methods that best suit you. I am a qualified Reiki therapist, I offer Shamanic healing ( power retrieval) , Past lives healing and energy healing. The sessions can be done in person here or can be done remotely worldwide. I believe that we are all born with the ability to heal ourselves and I'm here to give you the tools and show you the door.

For the last 3 weeks, I have been so busy, holding space, weaving soul threads, teaching Reiki,
guiding past life journeys and transmuting shadow into light.

Each session, each breath, each tear and remembering has reminded me why I do this work.
why it matters.

To all my clients, students, and soul companions
thank you for showing up.
Thank you for trusting me with your healing.
Thank you for allowing me to witness your becoming.
You’ve kept me beautifully busy, and I’m so grateful.

Now… it’s my turn to be held 🍃
I’m off to my family and my land to rest, reconnect, and eat all the food 😅

Eclipse energy is intense , it shakes loose what no longer serves us and pulls hidden truths to the surface. In my sessions lately, I’ve been witnessing so many clients going through shedding, release, and deep letting go.

And in my own life, this eclipse season has brought me face-to-face with past wounds and relationships that needed to be released.
My dreams have been super intense with many symbols and archetypes coming through.
Patterns, boundaries and emotions are all coming to the surface to be witnessed and released. I’m feeling lighter each day.
And deep down I know I’m shedding and allowing more light in just before my trip back home to allow me to witness and anchor light in a land that needs it most.

Here are a few reminders to help you navigate this time:
🌑 Slow down — don’t rush clarity, let it come
🌑 Listen in — dreams, body whispers, synchronicities are louder now
🌑 Release + reset — let go of what feels heavy or outdated
🌑 Stay grounded — breathe, rest, eat warm foods, connect with nature
🌑 Trust the shadows — they’re guiding you back into your light

Remember: you don’t need to control eclipse energy. You’re here to dance with it, soften into it, and allow the reset to unfold.

Happy Sunday 🌙

Sitting doing my wee post for tonight’s full moon and it got me thinking of my own wee healing journey, it all started with a full moon session with Elaine 🌕🥰

4 year ago I was depressed, unhealed, just a lost soul, totally disconnected from myself.
Was on antidepressants, always drinking etc, just never really knew myself.

I seen a post on Facebook someone had shared it was from Elaine’s page about a full moon session she was offering which sounded great so I booked and I’ve never looked back 🩷

I started going every 2 weeks for sessions and my life started changing. I started healing wounds, connecting to myself and living a different life than I had ever lived. I then decided to stop drinking, never drank for about a year then started having a wee drink here n there but now I honestly don’t think I’ll ever touch a drink again 🤣

When I tell people Elaine’s work is life changing I honestly mean it, everything in my life has improved. I’ve got my own little business which gives me so much freedom which is all I wanted 🥰
I’ve also gained an amazing friend who is a real life angel 🩷

Full moons have always been magical but tonight as I reflect I feel so grateful for this journey, the healing, and the light that’s in my life now when I never thought it possible ✨

Here’s a simple 1-minute practice to release last week’s heaviness and start the new week lighter:

1️⃣ Stand or sit comfortably.
2️⃣ Place one hand on your crown, one on your heart.
3️⃣ Breathe deeply 3 times.
4️⃣ Imagine gold light flowing between both hands.
5️⃣ Sweep your palms slowly down the front of your body, from crown to feet — as if you’re brushing away old energy.

That’s it. A tiny ritual to clear your field and reset your nervous system.

Because sometimes the simplest practices are the most powerful.

What is the Lion’s Gate?
Every year on 8/8, a cosmic alignment takes place between Earth, our Sun in Leo, and Sirius a powerful soul star known as our Spiritual Sun.

This alignment opens a portal of accelerated awakening, a time when energy flows from Sirius directly into Earth, activating our third eye, heart, and solar plexus.

The Lion’s Gate reminds us:
🔥 You are here for more than survival.
🔥 Your voice is sacred.
🔥 You are allowed to expand beyond your story.

And tonight… it aligns with the Full Moon 🌕
A double activation of power and release.

• 5–10 minutes of stillness

Steps:
1. Light your candle and sit where you can see your reflection.
2. Look into your eyes with recognition.
3. Breathe slowly, 8 deep breaths. With each exhale, imagine you’re letting go of who the world told you to be.
4. Whisper this phrase:

“I remember who I was before
forgetting.”
5. Close with a hand on your heart and one on your solar plexus. Feel your spine align.
Earth below, Sirius above.

✨Write down what parts of yourself you’re ready to reclaim. Burn or fold and bury the note under moonlight.

When I first learned Reiki, it was two years after my dad passed.
I was deep in the unknown, searching, grieving, trying to make sense of who I was becoming.

Even though I’d always been connected to the spiritual world (thanks to parents who never shut that door but encouraged it), I still needed direction.
And Reiki came at exactly the right time.

It was a breakthrough, a moment where everything shifted.
From there, my path became clearer and deeper.

Since then, I’ve studied many modalities, worked with countless energies, but Reiki will always hold a sacred place in my heart. It opened the way and It reminded me who I was.

Energy is my language.
I’ve seen the way it transforms people.
That’s why it’s my mission to teach others how to tap into their natural ability to self-heal.
