This is an interesting NHS document regarding adverse effects of statins. It clearly shows that the effects suffered by many people are well known.

I was horrified at this and had to check if it was indeed true. Sadly yes I found the actual advert looking for volunteers to participate in the trial eating genetically modified tomato soup.

Time to decide if you are happy allowing government to further erode our freedom and privacy. Mandatory Digital ID then Digital Currency and giving up control of your own money.
Signatures rising quickly - 1,421,473 signatures last time I looked.

We demand that the UK Government immediately commits to not introducing a digital ID cards. There are reports that this is being looked at.

He is certainly enthusiastic about the message, but he is correct. Use sea salt or rock salt rather than the processed table salt.

Processed vegetable and seed oils like rapeseed and sunflower oil are high in linoleic acid. Many of us were persuaded years ago that they were healthier than other fats like butter, full cream milk and beef fat, especially for our hearts.
It turns out this is not and never was the case.
Find out if the prolific use of these oils in many products and restaurant cooking could be responsible for some of your health issues.

Linoleic acid, an omega-6 polyunsaturated fat found in vegetable oils, builds up in your tissues over time and interferes with key biological functions.
