Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner I take part in regular CPD to maintain and improve my skills. My work is always centred around the needs of your dog.

Clinical Canine Massage is an effective, non-invasive way to treat muscular issues that arise from;
orthopaedic conditions (eg hip dysplasia, arthritis)
surgery (eg cruciate ligament surgery)
injury (muscle strain)

Canine massage is excellent for senior dogs that may be struggling on their walk or reluctant to exercise, or maybe seem to have aged over night. It uses 4 massage techniques of swedish, sports, deep tissue and myofascial release and can be effectively used to manage pain, increase mobility and flexibility and help to relax and warm tight and tender muscles. It is suitable for dogs of all ages

I completed 2 years of study with the Canine Massage Therapy Centre and have been a canine massage therapist since 2017. I work 'Best Practice' meaning that I only work under Vet Consent. I aim to see an improvement in your dog within 1-3 treatments.

Princess Pesky… Balance Canine Massage would not be what it is without you… you taught me everything I needed to know… you put up with me when I had no clue what I was doing… you loved your massage sessions… but mostly I just loved spending time with you… thankyou for your trust and friendship. Beautiful Buster had a lovely relaxing massage today… he has arthritis in his hips and can be really sensitive to touch around his legs… but he settled really well (with some nice treats 😉) and let me work round his hips. I got such a lovely welcome from Buster and his lovely little brother Victor.(those ears 😍) with lots of cuddles! Wonderful day at Balance Canine massage. It was lovely to see Eska, who I have been treating for 9 years!! She is a very special girl and I adore spending time with her. Gem also had a lovely relaxing massage - Gem is a very active agility dog and massage helps keep her muscles in good condition. She may even have closed her eyes at one stage! We also had some puppy shenanigans with gorgeous Okko the springer and Kona the ickle collie pup coming in to see what massage is all about!

It has been a tough week. My very precious pal Blue has made it across the rainbow bridge. I am beyond heartbroken for his lovely Mum Carrie, who he adored. Blue was just one of those very special souls. He loved his massage and loved a wee snooze, as long as he had made sure there was definitely no food in his bowl, had a wee drink and his cushion in just the right spot. He always greeted me with a beloved toy and made me feel very welcome in his home. Thank you Carrie for letting me work on your lovely boy. I will truly miss spending time with him. Sleep tight gorgeous 💙💙💙

Scrumptious Fudge being a super good boy today! A wee bit of Primula helps keep him calm and focused. He was really excited to see me - but maybe he remembered what was going to appear from the fridge!! See you soon gorgeous!!

What better way to start the new year than a therapeutic massage! Beautiful Blue had a wonderful session this evening. Blue has some arthritis in his back legs (although he still thinks he is 2!!) massage really helps him to relax and relieves the muscles that overcompensate for his sore bits! He is always such a good boy and today he brought Foxy along to have a snooze beside him! 😍😍😍
