First off I would like to say thank you for your patience, I’ve needed to take some family time recently which has meant I’ve not had any availability, and a short illness delayed things even further.. I will be starting my treatments again but only 2 dates a month in Astley hall. Hi everyone… exciting news!! Other than my normal Wednesdays in Astley Hall Arisaig, I’m trying out some Friday morning sessions at the new stunning location of Turning Tide Wellness center in Arisaig. So here are my available appointments so far for March, I just have one Friday session up so far to gauge interest and would look to add more if morning sessions become popular.
