Today these are my very happy and chilled little feet snuggled under the blanket in my Reiki Room!! Came in here to do a meditation share with the lovely Heidi Lawton at UK Reiki Federation, and then did myself a much needed self reiki treatment. All while feeling super cosy and listening to the rain outside. Magical ✨💛

Bit late in posting this but I had a lovely walk and explore at Anglesey Abbey. There were so many beautiful snow drops and the gardens were stunning. So it was a great way to celebrate Imbolc, a Gaelic festival that marks Spring and the signs of light and new life emerging from the darkness of winter ✨💛 Connecting to nature whenever you can feeds and soothes the soul

I really wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I loved this. This was deeply relaxing considering how much you’re pushed (all within your limits I must add). I felt so cleansed afterwards like I’d had a total release of old and stuck energy. ✨Highly recommend .yoga
