Adams Osteopathy

Adams Osteopathy Hi we are Ben and Louise. As osteopaths, we specialise in helping people manage and move beyond chronic or recurring pain.

Our practice is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment. Please get in touch to see how we can help you. Hi I'm Ben I'm an Osteopath in the local area and I specialise in long term pain particularly necks. I am an expert in something called classical osteopathy which looks at how the whole body moves together. I use this approach to understand the underlying causes of a specific pain or problem

🌿 What is osteopathy?
It’s a question we hear all the time.

Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body approach to healthcare that focuses on how your muscles, joints, and tissues work together. The aim is to reduce pain, improve movement, and support your body’s natural ability to function at its best.

In this video, we break it down in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

🤔 Is it normal to feel sore after osteopathy?
It’s a really common question — and the short answer is yes, sometimes.

After treatment, your body may need a little time to adapt to the changes we’ve made. This can feel like mild soreness, similar to post-exercise aches, and usually settles within a day or two.

It’s all part of the process as your body starts to move and function better.

If you ever have questions after your appointment, we’re always happy to help.
