Adams Osteopathy Hi I'm Ben I help people with long term/ recurring pain. I love treating neck and lower back pain but I treat everything from head to toe.

I'm an expert in a gentle form of osteopathic treatment. I Practice just outside Arlesey I also do home visits. Hi I'm Ben I'm an Osteopath in the local area and I specialise in long term pain particularly necks. I am an expert in something called classical osteopathy which looks at how the whole body moves together. I use this approach to understand the underlying causes of a specific pain or problem
