💚 Blessymol joined our Ann’s 4 years ago, working as a Registered Nurse in our Care Home settings.

💙 Blessymol's husband Ratheesh has just celebrated 14 years working at Sandringham Care Home and Ratheesh brother Mejo works in The Grouse Care Home.

💚 Blessymol's first cousin Sheenamol is the deputy Home Manager at Sandringham Care Home and recently celebrated her 15-year anniversary with the Team.

💙 Sheenamol's daughter, Jesly is also part of our banking team at Sandringham.

💚 Most recently through Blessymol's recommendation her sister in laws, Bincy and Anitha, successfully relocated to Northern Ireland last week to start their careers in Mahon Hall.

✨ Last week we had a surprise visit from Blessymol, Bincy and Anitha, who arrived with a beautiful cake our International Recruitment team at Ann’s in thanks for all the support they have received. 🎂

We are delighted to have this lovely family as part of our trusted team and so glad that they have all chosen to be in good hands with Ann’s 💚💙

💚 Jolly relocated to Northern Ireland in 2002 to work as a Registered Nurse for the NHS facilitating shifts in Cardiac, Surgical and Intensive Care Units.

💙 In _ Jolly made the decision to move to Care Home settings to further develop her career; she claims this was the best decision she ever made. She said, " I loved my job, I had the support of my Home Manager, there was a real sense of team work and I loved knowing I was making a real difference to my residents.

💚 Jolly Adds, I then progressed to Deputy Manager and in 2007 I was successful in becoming Home Manager.

💙 To date she has successfully managed 5 Care Homes adding that these roles gave her the greatest experiences in her working career.

💚 In 2020 Lisnisky Care home where Jolly was then managing was taken over by Ann’s. This partnership later offered Jolly the unique opportunity to assist us in establishing ‘Ann’s International Recruitment’. This service offers registered nurses the opportuntiy to relocate to Northern Ireland and work in our care homes!

💙 In 2022 Jolly returned home to set up our office in India. Here, potential candidates can meet Jolly face to face and find out why they should choose Ann’s as their preferred Recruitment agency.

💚 Given Jolly's 20 year experience, we knew there was no one better to open our office in India,
