Soul Flex

Reflexology is a natural holistic therapy which encourages the body's own healing processes on a phy I am a mum to two children and work part time in the NHS.

My name is Tracey Powell and I am the proprietor of Soul Flex. I have been an avid supporter of reflexology for the last 15 years, seeing the benefits it has brought me e.g. support with fertility issues, hormone related symptoms and for relief of stress and anxiety. This and the loss of a close friend (also a reflexologist) inspired me to become a fully qualified reflexologist in February 2020. Soul Flex is based in Armagh City. My focus is to support clients to improve their health and wellbeing by providing a calming experience which promotes deep relaxation. Its the perfect treatment to help rebalance, relax and restore. Each treatment, usually lasts around 50 - 60 mins. I am registered and fully insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
