Her journey so far has been nothing short of incredible — not just physically, but mentally too. This is what Clarke Fitness is all about 👇

Ashling first came across Clarke Fitness after seeing one of Conor’s videos on Facebook — and something about it just clicked. It hit home in a way that made her stop and think, “I really need to do this… for me.”
Like so many people, she knew it was time to prioritise her own health and wellbeing — and she took that first step.

Fast forward to now, and the results speak for themselves…

🍔 Simple Homemade Burger )

🥩 Ingredients (1 Burger)

Lean mince (5%) – 120g
Burger bun – 1 (70g)
Cheese slice – 1 (20g)
Lettuce – handful
Tomato – 2–3 slices
Onion – small amount
Light mayo or sauce – 10g

👨‍🍳 Method

Shape the mince into a burger patty

Season with salt & pepper

Cook on pan or grill for 4–5 mins each side

Add cheese on top for last minute

Toast the bun (optional)

Build your burger with salad + sauce

👉 Done in under 10 minutes

🔥 Calories & Macros (Approx)

Calories: ~500 kcal
Protein: 35g
Carbs: 35g
Fats: 22g

💡 Make It Healthier (Easy Swaps)

Swap bun → low-cal or thin bun

Add more salad (fills you up)

Use 0% sauce or reduce mayo

🔥 SHOUTOUT FRIDAY 🔥

This week we’re celebrating Edel and her incredible journey 👏

Like so many busy mums, Edel was putting everything else first — work, family, her three boys — and her own health and fitness had taken a back seat.

But she made a decision…
