This time of year can get busy — Christmas parties, family gatherings, and work

events can throw your routine off track. A lot of people use that as a reason to stop

training altogether.

But here’s the truth 👉 you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be consistent.

✅ Plan your sessions around your calendar.

✅ Shorten workouts if you need to — 30 minutes still counts.

✅ Adjust, don’t abandon.

One skipped session won’t ruin your progress, but letting one event turn into a full

week off will.

So don’t see obstacles — see opportunities to plan smarter. Stay flexible, stay

consistent, and remember: one workout is always better than none. 💪
