🌹 A heartfelt thank you from all of us at Rose House 💕

We were truly honoured to welcome you and share such a joyful and meaningful day together. A special highlight was the hand hopscotch game, lovingly made by our residents alongside Louise, using dementia-friendly colours to raise awareness in a creative and engaging way. 🎨👏

A big thank you as well to Nichola Thomas for sharing your wisdom and helping us all better understand and support those living with dementia.

It’s days like these that remind us of the power of connection, creativity, and community 💫

What a fantastic day at Rose House!
We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming some wonderful petting animals 🦉🦎🐿🐹🐾🐍🐰🐁 — and they brought so much joy to us all!

Pet therapy is such a powerful and heartwarming experience 💫. From the cute and fluffy to the more scaly and surprising, every creature sparked smiles, conversations, and cherished moments.

What a beautiful moment to capture 💫
Anne shared with us that she used to play the piano 🎹 — and with a little encouragement from our manager Tracey, she gave it another go! Her generous family kindly donated their keyboard ❤️

As soon as her fingers touched the keys, Anne’s face lit up, and the courtyard was filled with her magical, self-taught melodies 🎶🎵 These moments are truly a blessing to witness and share.

Another fun filled day at Rose House we had Karl this morning putting us through our weekly work out!!💪🏼!!
we did hydration Station with a wonderful helpful Charlie 😀 many thanks for your jokes and serving the ladies 🥰.. Onto a full fun packed afternoon of floor games, hoop shooting, colour coordination game, ball mode mirroring, The Rose House crown winner went to Enna who took top score 🔝🏆..we went into music making moment's playing a variety of different instruments that made our minds and bodies move to the BEATS we played ▶️ The best activity of today was fun,laughter and joy 😊

We split into two teams and the competition was on! Full of cheers, laughter, and friendly rivalry—everyone gave it their all! 😀
