Any one that knows me knows I struggle with my weight I was doing so well then Covid came and I went backwards like many people did gaining weight in lockdown. Since then I’ve been on and off it I lost my mojo . But last August weeks away from my holiday and my shorts didn’t fit I got my self back on plan losing 2 st 1 pound in 7 weeks and I haven’t had a gain since. Finally finding a happier me again and looking forward to getting my 6 stone award back in the next couple of weeks . Slimming world is amazing if you have previously lost your mojo dig deep and set a goal because you can do it with group support come and join us at the markham main officials club known as the PIT CLUB times are below ❤️message me for offers 🥰
