It isn't just the Rocky Road HiFi bar that can make a come back. You can too!
It has been a tricky start to the new year, weather conditions and an awful lot of viruses may mean that your Weight Loss journey has taken a back seat.
Slimming World has recognised this and has put a flash offer on for Free Membership in January.

Happy New Year, if weight loss is on your list of things to achieve this year, my Slimming World groups are here for you.
I run a group on a Wednesdays at The Poplars, Station Road, Burton Joyce. There are two sessions, 5.30 pm and 7pm.
I also run a group on Saturday mornings at The Victory Club, Church Drive East, Daybrook/Arnold. There are two sessions, 8.30 am and 10 am.
The groups are friendly and help provide support and inspiration to you for the week ahead. Have a look at the Slimming World website to find out more details or come along to a group.

Are you thinking about joining a Slimming World group and wondering what to expect? Here is some information which I hope will be helpful!
I run two Slimming World groups. One of which is on Wednesday at The Poplars Sports Ground in Burton Joyce. There are two sessions, the first at 5.30pm and the second at 7pm.

My other group is at The Victory Club in Daybrook (Arnold). This runs on a Saturday morning. The first session is at 8.30am and the second session starts at 10am.

There will always be Slimming World signage outside and both venues have parking. My groups and I are a friendly lot and we all know how it feels to come through the door for that first time. You will always be met with a warm welcome and a hot or cold drink.

If you are ready to take that first step, I look forward to meeting you. x

Good evening, additional Slimming World sessions have been added to my Burton Joyce group at the Poplars Sports Ground (NG14 5AN). There are three sessions taking place tomorrow. The first is a new morning session with weigh in starting at 9am. The 5.30 session is running as usual and an additional 7pm evening session has been added. If you would like to start or continue your Slimming World journey, it would be great to see you.

Because sharing our progress with others makes us more accountable and our goals feel more achievable 💪…it’s part of the power 💞 of being in a group like mine!
