Partners In Care (Nottingham) Limited are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Community Carer or Driver Carer. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting them to live independently in their own homes.

As a Community Carer, you will providing essential care and support, including:

• Assisting with personal care
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Helping with mobility and medication prompts
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Light household tasks
• Cleaning and shopping calls

What We Offer:

• Paid training and ongoing professional development
• Career progression opportunities
• Supportive team and approachable management team including the business owner and Registered Manager Katie Stephens, Care Coordinator, HR & Finance Coordinator, HR & Recruitment Coordinator and Head Senior Carer
• Uniform and PPE provided
• Block pay
• 40p per mile for Driver Carers
• Pension included
• Local pick up's/drop off's

What We're Looking For:

• A caring, patient and respectful nature
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and commitment to making a difference
• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
• A driving licence and access to a car is preferred but not essential
• Must be able to work alternate weekends

❄️🇨🇭 Paddy’s First Adventure of the New Year! 🇨🇭❄️

To kick off January in style, Paddy jetted off to Switzerland with Rhea and Holly — and what a trip it was! 🐾✈️

Surrounded by snowy mountains, cosy winter streets and picture-perfect views, Paddy had the time of his life. He explored little Swiss towns, enjoyed the chilly air, and definitely took advantage of the hot chocolates and treats along the way! ☕✨

A magical start to the year for our favourite mascot — and now he’s back, refreshed and ready for more 2026 adventures with the team! 💙🐾🌍

🎅🎁 Secret Santa Exchange 🎅🎁

Yesterday our team came together to enjoy our Secret Santa gift exchange, and it was a wonderful way to share some festive cheer in the workplace.

It was great to see everyone getting involved and taking a moment to connect, unwind, and celebrate the season together. Things like this remind us that it’s not just about the work we do, but the people we do it with.

🎅✨ Paddy’s Back With Another Festive Adventure! ✨🎅

This time Paddy joined Jes, Katie and Rhea for a fun-filled trip to Butlins — and he absolutely loved the Christmas Village experience! 🎄🐾

He soaked up all the festive lights, explored the arcades, enjoyed the pantomimes, danced his way through the Christmas discos, and of course enjoyed plenty of attention along the way. Paddy is definitely making the most of his Christmas season!

Another great adventure complete… and now he’s ready to get back to work with the team! 💙

🎄✨ Christmas Jumper Day! ✨🎄

Today our staff and service users took part in Christmas Jumper Day - or shall we say Crazy Christmas Headband Day! - bringing plenty of festive cheer (and some very impressive photos!) to brighten up the day. Thanks to your amazing support, we also raised £165 for Save the Children UK! 🙌❤️

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped spread a little extra joy this Christmas season. 🎅✨

Partners in Care are fundraising in support of Save the Children UK this Christmas. On 11th December, our carers and service users will be wearing their favourite Christmas jumpers to help raise awareness and bring a little extra joy to the season 🎄✨

If you feel able to donate, any amount — big or small — this will help support a truly wonderful cause. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. 💙

We're taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 11th December! Every pound we raise will give children in the UK and around the world the chance to grow up healthy and happy and change the future for good.

✨🌍 Paddy’s Next Big Adventure! 🌍✨

Paddy has been travelling again — this time with Rhea and Cerys all the way to Vienna! 🇦🇹🐾

He wasted no time exploring several charming Christmas markets, visiting the Vienna Zoo, admiring the glistening imperial lights, and wandering through many beautiful sightseeing areas across the city. 🎄✨🦓

From stunning scenery to festive sparkle on every corner, Vienna definitely earned Paddy’s enthusiastic paw of approval.

After another unforgettable adventure, the three of them are back and ready to get stuck into work again — with plenty of stories to share! 💙

💙 A huge shout-out to our amazing team member, Melissa, who took part in the Nottingham Memory Walk in October at Wollaton Park in support of the Alzheimer's Society.

Her dedication and compassion helped raise an incredible £225 for such an important cause.
