Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Classes- Royston / South Cambs / North Herts
If you’re pregnant or recently had a baby and looking for safe, supportive exercise, I’m running new term-time Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga classes starting 5th January.
These classes are designed specifically for:
• Pregnancy aches, back and pelvic pain
• Pelvic floor support and core recovery
• Postnatal strength after vaginal birth or C-section
• Rebuilding confidence and fitness gently
• Exercising safely after having a baby
I’m Emma, a pelvic floor specialist nurse and qualified pregnancy & postnatal yoga teacher and these sessions combine evidence-based movement with real-world support for mums.
What to expect:
✔️ Small, friendly classes
✔️ Pregnancy-safe yoga (all trimesters)
✔️ Postnatal yoga suitable from 6 weeks (or 8+ weeks post-C-section)
✔️ Focus on pelvic floor, core, posture and strength
✔️ Calm, supportive environment for local mums
