Tonight’s work for me & Lilly !
Funny enough we did our. 2026 vision boards last night !
Something I’m a strong believer on is even if you feel like you’ve have the worst year & your wishing it away , take a minute & look back at all the amazing things that have happened & celebrate them !
Negative things & thoughts breed quicker than positive … negative things tend to be actually helpful , although at the time they probably hurt they have always taught you something…
Break up - what you may have put up with , that you shouldn’t , loosing yourself, giving too much & not looking after you !
Death - although heartbreaking & awful 😢 you realise life is too short be grateful for every day your given ! Appreciate the time you had with that person , the hilarious 😆 & fun memories you have had with them . If it was by illness , you would have learnt about that illness , red flags 🚩 you could save some one in the future or yourself , appreciate medical research & staff … the list goes on !!
so focus on the good memories! & you’ll realise everything happens for a reason!
