I'm a single parent and love having the freedom to work my own hours, to build my business from my patio table and, most importantly, be the mother I want to be to my children. I'm 47 years old, peri-menopausal - ugghhh! and determined to make the most of what life throws at me. I volunteer in hospice and learned that the number one regret in life is not to have spent more time with your loved ones. Being a health and wellness coach, not only helps me encourage you to live a healthy life, but also to live a life with no regrets with the freedom to spend it with those you love. Imagine when you have control over your health and wellness as well as creating the lifestyle of your dreams? I'm a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and sports massage and thai yoga massage therapist. Our physical and brain health starts with a plan and I'm the gal to help you with that plan. I understand the importance that exercise has on our mental health. It's so true that the body and mind are intertwined - a healthy body creates a healthy mind and vice versa, so don't settle for less! I wake up everyday knowing that I positively impact other people's lives and this makes me incredibly happy.
