Let’s Talk Tarot Cards… 🔮
Well, my tarot session was sadly cancelled last week due to my reader being unwell, so we’re sending him all the healing wishes for a speedy recovery. 💛
But that won’t stop us talking tarot together!
There are so many wonderful courses—both online and in person—and a lovely client recently told me about a fabulous one she completed. If you’d like details, just let me know!
Tarot has always fascinated me… every card holds a unique message, and every spread adds even deeper layers. And speaking of cards, today the Death card popped out of the deck—yes, the one that always makes people gasp!
So let’s take a moment to explore what it really means…
🌑 The Death Card – Transformation, Not Tragedy
Despite its dramatic name, the Death card is not a prediction of physical death. Instead, it symbolises:
✨ Endings that create space for new beginnings
Think of it like shedding an old skin, releasing what no longer fits so something better can grow.
✨ Transformation + personal evolution
It often appears when you’re shifting into a new chapter—emotionally, spiritually, or even in your daily life.
✨ Letting go of outdated patterns
This card asks: What do I need to release so I can move forward?
✨ Breakthroughs after breakdowns
Sometimes there’s a temporary discomfort or upheaval, but it’s clearing the path for clarity and renewal.
✨ Rebirth and renewal
The Death card is deeply connected to cycles—ending the old to birth the new. It’s a powerful message of progression.
🌱 When the Death Card Appears in a Reading
It may point to:
A change in mindset
Leaving behind old habits
The end of a stagnant phase
A relationship, job, or situation naturally concluding
A deep internal shift that brings empowerment
It’s ultimately a card of freedom, growth, and transformation.
So the next time it flies out of the deck—don’t fear it. Welcome it. It's often a sign that something better is on its way.
