The importance of Natural Salt

I have in the last couple of years come to learn about the importance of natural salt and how it impacts the functions in our body. When we cry our tears are salty and if you ever need fluids in hospital they give you a saline fluid bag!

We are told to avoid salt and yes I believe we should avoid the processed table salt which I have learnt is heated at high temperatures and destroys all the minerals and has aluminium added to them to make them flow. Heavy metals in the body is a whole other subject! But natural salt such as Celtic salt, Himalayan salt, pure sea salt etc are beneficial to us. For me I know if I eat out for more than a day or two where most restaurants use table salt I can gain a couple of pounds in fluid in those couple of days.
