We sometimes get asked if the CE mark on a mask is enough proof that it's suitable and will protect the wearer. All the CE marking does is confirm that the mask was designed and tested to meet the minimum legal requirements. It does not make it automatically suitable for a task so still needs to go through a suitability check by the employer before use.
