The home was full of laughter, smiles, and plenty of red noses as residents and staff came together to enjoy the day. From fun activities to lots of shared moments, it was a wonderful way to support such an important cause while creating happy memories.

What a wonderful time we had celebrating St Patrick’s Day 💚

Residents enjoyed a delicious themed lunch, filled with traditional favourites and a touch of Irish charm. The dining room was beautifully decorated in green, bringing plenty of smiles and festive spirit to the day.

There was music, laughter, and great company all around – a lovely opportunity for everyone to come together and celebrate.

The group had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful plants, seasonal displays, and enjoying a relaxing change of scenery. Trips like these are a great way to get out, socialise, and enjoy the little things that bring a smile to everyone’s face.

The spirit of the Olympics came to St Wilfrid’s this week as residents and team members went head-to-head in our very own Olympic Games 🏅

From target throws and bean bag challenges to races and plenty of cheering from the sidelines, the home was filled with energy, laughter and friendly competition. Most importantly, it was a fantastic opportunity to stay active, work together and celebrate everyone’s achievements.

We were delighted to welcome a beautiful Shetland pony along with our lovely little visitors, and together they brought so much excitement and joy to everyone. The smiles said it all!

Moments like these highlight the power of intergenerational connections – young and old coming together, sharing laughter, stories, and cuddles. Animal therapy visits are always a favourite, creating calm, comfort, and wonderful memories for our residents.

A day full of happiness, connection, and community spirit. 🌟
