Yoga classes bring together mental and physical disciplines to achieve peacefulness of body and mind, helping you relax and manage stress. These classes are an introduction to the foundations of Hatha Yoga practice; flowing and static postures (Asanas) and Pranayama (Breathing). Mats and Props are provided.
