It's and the theme is Dad's!

We hope all Dad's know how important they are to both Mum and Baby.

We support The Lullaby Trust in trying to raise awareness of helping expectant Dad's find information on how to reduce the risk of SIDS, amongst other important topics!

We always want both parents to walk away from our classes feeling empowered, which is why everything we teach is informed by the latest evidence backed research. 💛

A survey commissioned by The Lullaby Trust has found that less than a third of dads are being given information on the basic steps they can take to lower the risk of sudden infant death syndrome
