Quiz night – what a night!
Over 40 family members came together for our Christmas Quiz, enjoying plenty of delicious food while raising money for the Brace Our Dementia charity, an excellent cause close to our hearts.

The evening was full of competitive spirit, wonderful food, fabulous prizes, and lots of fun and banter. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable evening — especially spending it with loved ones. 🎄✨

🐾 Animal Therapy Magic 🐾

Animal therapy is such a wonderful way to bring smiles to everyone’s faces. It fills the room with calm, joy, and laughter—even when the animals are a little mischievous!

We couldn’t stop giggling as chickens wandered around pecking at shoes before finding their treats, kittens leapt playfully across the room, rabbits nibbled happily on carrots, and a sleepy puppy curled up for a nap. These little moments remind us of the pure joy and comfort that animals bring into our lives.

Sometimes, the best therapy comes on four paws. ❤️

The Christmas Fayre came to Ascot, bringing festive cheer to our residents as they enjoyed browsing and buying gifts for their loved ones. The fayre was full of Christmas spirit, with beautiful handmade candles, luxurious skincare, cheese and biscuits with homemade chutney, delicious cookies, and wonderful Christmas cards. It was truly lovely to see all of our residents enjoying the occasion and soaking up the festive atmosphere. 🎄✨

We had a fantastic weekend of celebrations for our lovely resident who reached the incredible milestone of 100 years young!
The king and Queen sent well wishes as well as family and friends came together to celebrate throughout the day, filling the home with laughter, love and plenty of joyful moments. it was truly heartwarming to see so many familiar faces joining.

Mental Health Day – a time to reflect on what truly matters and to support one another. Here at Ascot, the team certainly gave their stamp of approval, along with our second-in-command, Phantom, our wonderful therapy dog. His incredible nature gives so much back to all of us, and we’re grateful for the joy and comfort he brings every day.

Our talented chef baked some amazing cupcakes so that our wonderful residents and team members could come together and raise funds for the Heart Foundation here at Ascot.

It was a lovely way to support such an important cause, and of course, everyone enjoyed a sweet treat along the way! 🍰✨

Thank you to everyone who joined in and supported us — every little bit makes a big difference.

We had a fantastic time hosting our Greek Themed Quiz night in support of Brace Dementia Charity!

The evening was filled with laughter, delicious Greek food made freshly by our fantastic chefs, with drinks flowing and a healthy dose of friendly competition. It was wonderful to see our residents and their families come together for such a fun and meaningful cause.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped raise money for dementia research - your support means the world!

Wimbledon has arrived here at Ascot! Our wonderful residents who played Tennis in their life time are now sitting back and enjoying the games in the air conditioned Bistro along with a cold Pimm's...What a way to watch a match!

We were delighted to have welcomed our newest residents to the Signature at Ascot family this weekend 💕

This lovely couple is settling in to their new home very well - they couldn't come at a better time! The weather is great so basking in the sunshine in our beautiful gardens hasn't been a problem. They have been spending quality time together, making new friends, getting involved with activities we've been running and, most importantly, building a strong rapport with every team member.

Last week was Royal Ascot Week 🐴, so we had a light-hearted competition at the home for the Best Dressed.

Loved ones and locals from the wider community were welcome to pop in and show off their best outfits. We saw some wonderful fascinators from the ladies, and some very sharp suits from the men! 🎩👒

Residents were then tasked with choosing their favourite and here are the stars of the show 🌟

Carers Week 2025 at Signature at Ascot 💜

We were delighted that our carers in the team here all enjoyed a breakfast snack and got a chance at our Lucky Dip! A great time was had by all. It was lovely for all team members to appreciate our carers' hard work, dedication and resilience.
