Our talented chef, Seb, has recently completed specialist training through International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative training (IDDSI) 👨‍🍳

This training has enhanced Seb’s ability to create beautifully presented meals that support residents living with and those who experience difficulties with swallowing or require modified-texture foods. Most importantly, these meals still deliver a full, dignified dining experience - because everyone deserves to enjoy fine dining, regardless of their needs.

The Christmas spirit was in full swing as everyone gathered to celebrate. The meet-and-greet at Signature at Ascot set the scene beautifully, with bubbles poured on arrival and Christmas jumpers adding to the festive cheer. Guests made their way to the Christmas Suite with their loved ones, soaking up the joyful atmosphere as canapés were served.
