Lauren Pienaar graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with distinction in 2010. She has since run a family practice in South Africa where she treated people of all ages and with a variety of personal goals regarding their health. Due to the number of athletes coming through who competed at junior, national and international level, Lauren completed her International Certificate in Sport Chiropractic in 2019. She worked with athletes at the 2018 and 2019 Ironman South Africa events as well as the 2019 Ironman 70.3 World Champs.
Lauren’s goal is not just to get you feeling good, but to enable you to enjoy your body and be amazed at what it can achieve when it is working well.

Congratulations to one of our wonderful patients Sarah Whelan for completing the Xterra World Champships in Italy last week and coming 2nd in the World for her age category 🤩
Her off road triathlon consisted of:
1500k open water swim
32k mountain biking thru the Dolomites 10k trail run

With just 3 weeks to go spaces are filling fast as one of our great massage therapists is doing a Massage-a-Thon.

Following on from Dave’s last trip to Barbados he has now setup a foundation called “Dave’s Foundation” to help the homeless, underprivileged children and their families and the needy, and to make a difference.

On Saturday 28th September, Dave will be holding a charity “Massage-a-thon” event here at the clinic, where he will be massaging from 8am to 10pm. These sessions will be 20 mins each and a £20 minimum donation. For bookings, please call the clinic 01344 874202.
