Great to see everyone enjoying the mini challenge of 30 varieties of fruits, veg grains etc this week on my B-FIT community hub, it's good to generate some chat too! It's making me think about what foods to get here in hols too!
Can't wait to work with a fab group of women looking to create some healthy habits over the summer with my 6 week challenge, as well as a massive library of 15 min workouts there will be a webinar, some live sessions, tracking and a community chat with more mini challenges alongside too!
