⤠Meditation GAME: Empty the mind (named by children)
Props: a bead string or your own fingers.
Duration: 60 seconds or more as your choice.
đšī¸ Level 1: Gently draw your attention back to your body's sensations, breathe in in awareness, breathe out relax your body.
When you success, move one bead or pop one finger out.
đšī¸ Level 2: Level 1 + listening to the sound.
Pay attention to the silence between each sound. When you success, move one bead or pop one finger out.
đšī¸ Level 3: Level 1 + listening to your thoughts.
This level is more challenge than the first 2 but I believe you can do this. Try it out!
Pay attention to the silence between each thought. When you success, move one bead or pop one finger out.
đšī¸ Level 4: Level 1 + remain into that silence - no thought. How long could you stay in there with ease?
This is the coolest one and again, I believe in you.
