The dedicated and experienced team at Larkland House, a purpose-built care home in Ascot, Berkshire, offers a range of care options for older people, including residential, dementia and nursing respite care as well as short term respite care. Being an established care home, Larkland House has developed a great reputation for delivering the highest standards of care. The team create a unique, personalised care plan for each resident, considering their individual needs and wishes. The home is designed over three floors, each with its own dining room and lounge, and it is entirely wheelchair accessible. The light and spacious bedrooms are all en-suite, and residents are welcome to bring their own possessions to add a personal touch.

This morning we had a very special delivery! We now have an interactive table at Larkland House!

It has hundreds of interactive games/sensory activities to keep our residents entertained forevermore.

We had a great day of trialing all of the amazing things it can do- We all can’t wait to put it to good use!

This morning our lovely resident Peter noticed a baby bird struggling in the garden😢

With the help of our staff we managed to take the bird to the vets and get him/her checked out!

They advised us to give him some food and water and pop him in a safe place until the mum finds it again and that’s exactly what we did🩷

Then to top off our afternoon our brilliant head chef prepared a spread of Indian cuisine for all of us to enjoy🇮🇳
