Well I didn’t think I’d have the blessing of sharing another Mother’s Day with this beauty. I’m truly blessed—time is so special & is never taken for granted. 💕
As the disease progresses I’m not always recognised as a daughter, but the love is still shared. Alzheimer’s is a cruel disease, but the special moments still happen & those are the ones I hold onto. 💕💕💕

Mother’s Day can mean many things to many people. Sending love to the mums, those who have lost children & those who hold the love of a mother in their hearts. ♥️

Today is simply a day to share love, kindness & appreciation. 💗

It can be a reminder to slow down, reset & ground your energy.

During reflexology I sometimes use a warmed basalt sacrum stone from placed at the solar plexus or base of the spine to support grounding & relaxation while the feet are being worked on.

Helping the body release tension from head to toe. 🫶🏻

Take a moment today to reconnect with your body. Sit quietly in your treatment space, breathe deeply & allow yourself a moment to simply be.

Your body will thank you for it. 👣✨
