About the Therapist:-

Alison Middleton has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a certified Smoking Cessation and Weight Management Specialist. Currently, she is the only licensed Practitioner of Hypnoband TM (The worlds #1 Virtual Gastric band) in the Ashbourne area. Her fascination with Human Biology and the mind/body connection started at school and soon after Alison was starting her training to become a nurse gaining qualifications in Health Studies and Human Physiology and Health. Aside from her usual day job, Alison has spent her adult life helping people overcome obstacles and traumas using her unique style of visualisation and metaphorical guidance, before formally training as a Hypnotherapist in 2014. She trained under the eminent David Woolley, and has already helped many people in Ashbourne and the surrounding areas, using her broad range of sophisticated skills and techniques. She is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and also with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council so you know that you are being treated by a highly qualified and regulated hypnotherapist.

I made the choice to not feel insecure in my relationship....I also made the decision to end 15yrs worth of grieving a loved one and started to practice gratitude for that person. My life changed so much since taking back control.

Good morning! TGIM!!! We are all one decision away from taking our life to the next level. For some people, that may be breaking up a relationship that is no longer fulfilling, for others waking up early, or eating healthy and hitting the gym, or keeping our commitments. Just remember that once you make a decision and so something about it, your entire life will change for better!
