love, care, hardship, LIFE. ♥️

Caring for a loved one isn’t always easy — especially when you wish you could do more. I can’t change things for Mum & that breaks my heart, but what I can offer is gentle, intuitive hand reflexology. No plan, no structure… just presence, patience, touch & love.

In those quiet moments, we find joy… & we create memories to treasure forever. ♥️

This month has been full of new learning as I dive deeper into Limbic reflexology techniques 💡—feeling grateful for the chance to grow and expand.

Successful launch of the ‘Pop up Clinics’ - so lucky to be able to welcome clients into such a beautiful, calming space 🌿. It’s been a grounding place to hold sessions

A big focus continues with Mum and her varied treatments, which makes the quiet moments even more precious making some very special memories. 💕

As the leaves start to turn, I’m looking forward to cosy autumn days ahead… and of course, all things pumpkin 🎃🍂.
