🌿Go guilt-free🌿

How many times have you chastised yourself about a decision you've made. Held onto guilt and gone over and over in your mind about it?
We all do it, but it's important to remember:
You're not bad for being human.
You're not broken for having patterns.
You're not weak for wanting comfort, love, or relief.

Guilt just makes you believe you have to suffer in order to deserve growth. But healing doesn't come from hurting yourself into change, it comes from gently noticing what hurts and why.

Be kinder to the parts of you that are still learning.
They're not failures. They're just trying to survive.

Go easy on yourself, you're just human

🌿 First Retreat of 2026 🌿

When the days grow shorter and the world feels quieter, it helps to have something warm, soulful, and deeply nourishing to look forward to.

Wild Soul Awakening is your invitation to step out of winter's heaviness and into a day that feels alive, connected, and meaningful. A pause in the dark season where you get to turn inward, soften, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

This soulful retreat is designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and vitality. Through grounding yoga, guided meditation, and breathwork, you'll gently quiet the mind and learn to listen to your body's subtle messages. A spirit animal journey will guide you toward hidden strengths and intuitive insight, while a gentle creative session opens space for playful, pressure free self-expression.

As the day draws to a close, we'll gather for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a ritual of warmth, rhythm, and connection, leaving you feeling held, expanded, and deeply rooted in your true, untamed self.

Let this be the light on your horizon this winter.
Something to count down to.
Something that feeds your soul when the world feels cold.

Come as you are. Leave awakened. ✨

Discovered this wonderful group today. Worth checking out and sharing with the men in your life 🌿

Things Men Want (But Rarely Ask For).

🗣️In a world that expects us to be the providers, the rocks, and the problem-solvers, there’s a lot we end up carrying in silence. We’ve been conditioned to think that asking for what we need is a sign of a crack in the armor.

But let's be real—every man needs these things. We just don't always know how to say it:

🔹 To be heard without being "fixed." Sometimes we don’t need a solution; we just need to say the words out loud and have someone nod and say, "I hear you, mate."

🔹 A space to drop the "Strong Man" act. The constant pressure to have it all together is exhausting. We want a place where "I’m struggling" doesn't result in judgment.

🔹 Genuine Brotherhood. Beyond the banter and the surface-level chat, we want connections with men who actually know what’s going on in our lives.

🔹 Permission to be vulnerable. We want to know that showing our cards isn't going to cost us our "man card."

🔹 Validation. To be told that we are doing a good job—as fathers, as partners, and as men—exactly as we are right now.

At Men Walking and Talking, you don’t have to ask for these things. They are built into the path. When you show up for a walk, you’re entering a space where these needs are understood. There’s no ego, no "fixing," and no pressure to be anything other than yourself. If you’ve been waiting for someone to give you permission to need a hand—this is it.

Come for a walk. Let the guard down. The brotherhood has got you.

💚Purpose in the right places💚

We’ve all been guilty of it at some point and it’s an easy trap to fall into. Confusing accumulation with fulfillment. We chase more money, more validation, more possessions, more noise, believing that this next thing will finally be enough. But if it isn’t aligned with what we truly need, no amount of it will ever satisfy us.

What we don’t need creates a hunger that has no end. It keeps us reaching, comparing, upgrading, proving. The problem isn’t desire itself, it’s desire aimed in the wrong direction. When we look outside ourselves for what can only be built within, the finish line keeps moving.

Happiness isn’t found in excess; it’s found in alignment. In knowing what actually matters to you, and letting go of the pressure to want what you’re told you should want. Peace, connection, purpose, health, meaning, these don’t multiply through more, they deepen through attention.

The moment you start focusing on what truly nourishes you, the chase softens. You stop trying to fill a hole that was never meant to be filled with things. You realise, enough has always been closer than you thought. 💚

🌿2026🌿

A new year shouldn't ask anyone to be perfect or completely figured out. It simply offers a fresh moment to pause, breathe, and start again in whatever way feels right.

This year doesn't have to be about fixing yourself or chasing an ideal version of who you think you should be. Your mental well being can look quieter than that, like taking breaks without guilt, setting boundaries that protect your energy, and allowing yourself to move forward without rushing the process.

Growth doesn't require flawless routines or constant motivation. It happens in small, honest choices: showing up when you can, resting when you need to, and giving yourself grace on the days that feel heavy or slow.

If you're entering this year unsure, tired, hopeful, or somewhere in between, that's enough. You don't need everything mapped out to begin. Here's to a year that feels steady, supportive, and lived on your own terms.

✨ Ahhh… the bit in between ✨

That strange, stretchy space where the festive season isn’t quite over, but the New Year is already tapping you on the shoulder.

You’re not alone if you’re:

🎄 half-clinging to the cosy magic
🧹 half-itching to declutter everything you own
📝 thinking about new intentions
😮‍💨 but also feeling the pressure of “new year, new everything”

Here’s your permission slip: you don’t have to decide anything yet.

This in-between time isn’t meant to be productive, polished, or decisive. It’s a pause. A soft landing. A breath.

The New Year often arrives loaded with expectations:

✨ big goals
✨ bold plans
✨ total life overhauls

But real, lasting change rarely comes from pressure. It comes from small, kind, incremental shifts, the ones that fit into real life and actually stick.

You don’t need January 1st to start again.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need to conform to someone else’s timeline.

Any moment is a good moment to:

🤍 take better care of your mind
🤍 look after your body
🤍 reach out and connect
🤍 find (or build) your people

Because wellbeing isn’t just one thing to start on some made up day in the calendar.

According to the Gallup Wellbeing Wheel, it’s made up of five elements:

• Purpose
• Social
• Financial
• Physical
• Community

And none of the above thrive under burnout, comparison, or unrealistic expectations.

So if all you do right now is rest…
or reflect…
or simply be…

That counts. 🌿

This in-between space is sacred. Don’t rush it.

✨ What does your body or mind need right now?
More stillness, gentle reset, zero pressure.

🎄 Merry Christmas 🎄

Day one of the Christmas break and… I didn’t wake up until 9am!!
No alarm. No inbox scan. Just sleep.
My body (and my brain) finally went “aaaah.”

I was supposed to go on a Christmas Eve walk this morning but I completely missed it. I was genuinely gutted and if I’m honest, I felt guilty too. I’d said yes, and I felt like I’d let people down.

But then it hit me, I clearly needed the sleep; after a full year of early starts, work trips, nursery runs and life ‘stuff’, my body actually gave itself permission to rest.

It was a reminder of how important it is to stop. To properly slow down. To step away from the constant doing, to embrace this break we now have and rest; and also to be present, especially with the people who matter most and who have supported me throughout the year.

And this year has been another big one. The company I work for has seen huge growth, multiple acquisitions and lots of change. Brilliant and exciting in many ways, challenging at times too.

And then this wonderful community, our lovely non profit venture ‘Rewild & Thrive’ has also bloomed this year, with more beautiful retreats than the year before (and even more to come next year).
It’s been incredible to watch it grow with the help of my siblings alongside me, knowing we are building something that changes lives for the better and helps those in need. 🌱 🌱 🌱

But what’s made the difference at every turn, as always, is working alongside great people and being part of a great team. The support, humour, and shared effort through the tougher moments really matter.

So over the next few days, I hope you too get the chance to pause, breathe, rest, and enjoy some proper quality time with your loved ones.

The festive period doesn’t need to be some perfectly curated event that causes more stress in your life. I promise that the people who love you and care about you won’t care how beautifully the presents are wrapped; or whether the table is set out like a magazine cover image. They will just enjoy you being around, spending time together and being truly present in the special moments.
So if doing those things brings you joy and calm, then great - but if they cause you stress and anxiety, they don’t need to happen.

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a rested, energised start to the year ahead ✨

🎄 A Different Kind of Christmas Eve Box 🎄

This year, imagine opening a Christmas Eve box that doesn’t hold chocolate, pyjamas, or a festive film…
Instead, it’s filled with thoughts and feelings to carry us through the season.

Inside the box:

✨ Permission to rest - You don’t have to do it all. Quiet moments count too.
✨ Gentleness - With yourself, with others, with the day if it doesn’t look how you hoped.
✨ Gratitude - For the small things: warm drinks, familiar songs, a message from someone who cares.
✨ Acceptance - That joy and sadness can sit side by side, especially at Christmas.
✨ Presence - Being here, as you are, is enough.
✨ Hope - Even if it’s tiny, even if it’s just for tomorrow.

No pressure to be festive.
No expectation to feel a certain way.
Just a reminder that you are allowed to experience Christmas in your own way.

If you were making a Christmas Eve box for your heart this year, what would you put inside? 🎁✨

🌿Find your own way 🌿

I'm learning that the detours, the pauses, the moments of not knowing... they're not mistakes. They're invitations. Invitations to slow down, to listen closer to my own heart, to trust that even confusion has a compass.

Getting lost has taught me courage. It has softened my grip on control and opened my eyes to beauty I never would've noticed if everything went "according to plan."

Here's to wandering with intention, trusting the process, and believing that every step, even the uncertain ones lead to somewhere meaningful.

🤍Peace at Christmas🤍

This Christmas, choose quiet and calm over perfection.
Look at the tree standing by the water, no crowded room, no flawless decorations, no performance, just light, stillness, and reflection.

The Christmas period can make it feel like we're supposed to have everything together: the perfect plans, the perfect mood, the perfect version of ourselves. But peace doesn't come from measuring up to someone else's picture. It comes from letting yourself be exactly where you are.

You don't owe anyone a perfectly wrapped life. You don't need to compare your season to someone else's highlight reel. And you don't need to carry the weight of expectations that were never yours to begin with.

This season, let your defences down. Let yourself be imperfect. Let your light show up in its own quiet way and trust that it's enough. 🌲✨
