Daily Sadhana 🧘‍♀️

As part of my “60 for 60” wellness challenge for Scropton Riding for the Disabled, I’m dedicating 30 days to deepening my daily practice for personal healing and collective service. 🐴💛

One action is a 60 minute Meditation at sunrise every day of November! Today is day 28!!!

Anyway, it’s not too late to get involved.

You can take up your own 60 for 60 (swim 60 lengths, eat 60 carrots 🥕, walk 60 miles etc - anything that draws you).

Meanwhile, if that all sounds a bit much right now, you can choose to donate to the cause.

✨ Reiki Day at Derby College ✨

I had the most wonderful morning sharing Reiki with the students at Derby College Equine. We began with a talk exploring what Reiki is and how its principles can support life, living and wellbeing. We also dived into equine specific work and the wider world of animal Reiki, which sparked some beautiful questions and reflections.

Afterwards, the group experienced a Holy Fire® Reiki healing session together, a deeply peaceful and grounding moment for us all. Then we headed out onto the yard, where we offered Reiki to the horses. Witnessing the students connect with these incredible beings, and seeing the horses respond with such softness and presence, was truly magical.

I felt so welcomed, and it was an honour to be part of this learning journey. Our equines bring such wisdom and value to the process, and seeing that unfold first hand was a real gift.

Just wrapped up the November New Moon group, and my heart is full.

One thing I’ve noticed this entire year is the level of deep commitment these participants have made—choosing to show up for themselves once a month, for nearly a full year. Something truly magical happens when you do that. Spiritual discipline does pay off.

Getting to know yourself… loving yourself through every season of life… that is a one-of-a-kind gift. It’s also incredibly brave. I understand the hesitation—we’re human. Looking inward can be vulnerable. But it’s so worth it.

If you’re feeling brave, curious, or ready for your next chapter, registration for our 2026 New Moon Series is officially open.
It’s a lively, global community that holds each other with so much support as we ride the waves of collective energy and dive deep into the lunar cycles.

2025 was about letting go and shedding what no longer aligns.

✨ When Holy Fire Shows Us What We Don’t Prefer ✨

Holy Fire Reiki & universal consciousness doesn’t only reveal the comfortable or the easy - sometimes it shows us what we wouldn’t choose.
And yet… these moments are still blessings.

Awareness is the doorway.
