💬 Social Prescribing Drop-In Session 💬
Come along to our Social Prescribing Drop-In Session, held on the first Wednesday of every month. The first one is 4th February.

📍 Where: Hannage Brook Medical Centre, Wirksworth
🕜 Time: 1.30pm – 4.30pm

This is a chance to pop in for a friendly chat with our Social Prescriber, who can offer support, advice, and help connect you with local services and community support.

You might find this helpful if you:

Feel lonely or isolated

Want to get more connected with your community

Need support with finances or housing benefits

Are struggling with your mental health

Want support with your overall health and wellbeing

Would like to explore groups, activities, or local services available to you
