We need the sun!

🚨 REVOLUTIONARY STUDY: Sunlight Penetrates Deep into the Body, Unlocking Health Benefits!

A Scientific Reports study (Aug 2024) uncovers how infrared sunlight (830–860 nm) penetrates the human thorax, even through clothing, delivering profound systemic effects.

Here’s the breakdown ⬇️

• 15 minutes of infrared exposure boosts mitochondrial function, ramping up ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, the energy currency of cells, enhancing overall cellular health.

• Visual function improved significantly 24 hours after exposure, even when eyes were shielded, indicating a systemic effect on the central nervous system (CNS) rather than direct eye stimulation.

• Infrared wavelengths (830–860 nm) pass through skin, tissue, and clothing, with clothing reducing light intensity by ~20–30% but not blocking benefits. This pe*******on reaches deep tissues, impacting organs and systems.

• Controlled trials with human subjects showed infrared light’s systemic effects, with benefits extending to non-exposed areas like the brain and eyes. The study used precise spectrometry to measure light pe*******on and physiological outcomes.

• Beyond vision, this suggests infrared light could optimize energy metabolism, support CNS health, and potentially aid conditions linked to mitochondrial dysfunction (e.g., fatigue, neurodegenerative disorders).

• Just 15 minutes of daily sunlight exposure, even through light clothing, could unlock these benefits, making it an accessible health booster.
