Think a 10-minute walk “doesn’t count”?
That mindset could be the very thing holding you back 👀
✴️ A 10-minute walk still counts.
✴️ Stretching while the kettle boils still counts.
✴️ Step ups on the bottom stair while waiting for the microwave counts
✴️ One workout this week is still better than none.
Do you give up because you think it has to be “all or nothing” — small, consistent steps are what create lasting change 💛
Every little bit of movement helps your body, your mind, and your confidence.
I did a little 2.5-mile “shuffle” this evening — absolute snail pace 🐌😂 — but I feel so much better for it.
It doesn’t have to be fast, perfect, or intense to count 💛
Small steps really do lead to big results ✨
