Sometimes life will test the hell out of you

It will test your courage, your strength, your trust and your will

And when everything feels like it’s falling apart

I remind myself that it’s falling apart to come together

That it’s all part of the soul journey…

The cycle of death and rebirth, dark and light 🌓

We came here to experience

We came here to feel

So surrender to it all…

Sadness, fear, grief, shame, love, anger, joy

Face every feeling, every emotion

Sit with the discomfort, embrace the void

Look within to see what it’s teaching you

Open your heart space

Love, nurture & heal yourself back to wholeness

Allow your higher self to guide you

And trust that everything is happening for a reason to propel you to where you’re meant to be, even if you can’t see it yet 🦋

Every time I go through dark periods in my life, I see it as an opportunity for rebirth.

To let the past version of myself that I’ve outgrown die before me.

And embrace the lessons that I’m being presented with.

I am a survivor, a fighter, a courageous soul.

I won’t let pain tear me down.

Instead, I let it break me wide open and illuminate the parts of my shadow that need to be acknowledged.

See difficult seasons of your life as an opportunity for GROWTH.

In those moments sit with yourself and ask,

What is this showing you?

Which areas of your life are begging you to step into expansion?

Where have you been stagnant?

Where have you been acting from a place of fear instead of LOVE in its purest form?

All of the answers are within you.

And the seeker will always be rewarded.🪬

Sending love to everyone growing through painful transitions. 🙏🏻💓

Less force, more flow

Less pressure, more joy

Less social media, more living

Less isolation, more community

Less doing, more being

Before I decided to embrace a slower summer, showing up on social media every day was burning me tf out and affecting my personal life & business.

Taking more time to just be has allowed me to reflect on what it is I really want + need, and start integrating that into my life.
