I'm an integrative psychotherapist, offering a warm, informal, and genuinely collaborative approach to therapy. Drawing on CBT, REBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and trauma-informed practice, and clinical hypnotherapy, I create treatment plans that are tailored to the individual. I also work with couples using ACT and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Whatever you're navigating — whether that's anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity, or something harder to name — I offer a non-judgemental space to explore it, and practical tools to help you move forward. Monthly Shamanic Journeying Circles.

Each monthly shamanic circle holds a themed focus and opens the door for us to explore shamanic practices for personal and collective well-being. Shamanic practices include guided meditations, visualizations, ceremony, divination, healing and centre around a drum or rattle led shamanic journey.

Held on Wednesdays 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Dates – April 15th, May 13th, June 17th July 15th 2026....then 1st Tuesday of the month from September.
