This will equip you with the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to sculpt with precision.

Learn the art of observation, measurement, and construction using techniques used by Michaelangelo.

Join Sculpture Academician Luke Shepherd for a one-day workshop focused on traditional sculpture techniques inspired by classical Renaissance training methods.

This day is suited to those wishing to learn techniques for gaining a likeness that can be applied in figurative modelling such as portraits or animal sculpture.

It is not a day for expressive creativity, but rather a day to learn a craft.

The day includes a short historical lecture to fully appreciate the magnificence of Michaelangelo's David

You will take home an air-drying clay model to hang on the wall, impress your friends, and give you the inspiration to delve deeper.
