Lately, life has been moving fast. Between daily classes, business events, mentoring commitments, and the general noise of the world, my nervous system has been humming at a frequency that’s... a lot.

We are so excited to introduce the newest addition to the KIND family: the wonderful Philippa! 🧘‍♀️

Philippa believes that “yoga should be a fun experience” and her classes are designed to be “nurturing spaces” where you can “explore opportunities, whilst working within individual needs.”

Whether you’re a beginner with “little or no experience” or a seasoned yogi with “more advanced abilities,” her gentle sessions are physically inclusive and made for everyone.

You know that feeling when you stretch and stretch but that one spot just won’t budge? 🪢

A lot of us think Pilates and Yoga are the only way to get flexible (and avoid them if they’re not!), but if we aren’t addressing the fascia and deep trigger points, we’re only doing half the job!

My new 1h Stretch & Release class is a specially designed flow that uses equipment like 90cm rollers and massage balls to get into those hard-to-reach areas. It’s the deep reset your body (and mind!) is craving ✨

Whether you’re all tensed up from training for a race, or just feeling the effects of a busy week, I’d love to see you at my studio in Ashby de la Zouch town centre. Step into 2026 with Clarity & Calm ✨

Join me and the wonderful Rachael from for a special workshop designed to align your body, mind, and intentions for the year ahead.

We’ve curated a beautiful flow to help you pause and reset:

🧘‍♀️ MOVE (with me): We start with 30 minutes of Mindful Pilates. We’ll connect breath with movement to ground you and release physical tension, preparing the body for deep rest.

😴 REST (with Rachael): Transition into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Practiced entirely in Savasana, you’ll find that sweet spot between sleep and awake. If you struggle with stress or lack of sleep, this guided practice is the perfect way to unwind and soothe the nervous system.

🎨 CREATE: Finally, we’ll channel that clarity into a Creative Workshop. You’ll craft your own “Intention Anchor” - a keepsake to seal in your Sankalpa (your sacred vow or “I am” affirmation) so you can carry your intention home with you.

You don’t have to grind your teeth to get results ✨

We are taught that if a habit is “hard,” it must be working. But in my experience? If a habit makes you miserable, it’s on borrowed time.

This month, I want you to try an “Alignment Audit”:

Look at how you are spending your energy. If your goal is to feel vibrant and strong, but your workout leaves you feeling drained and anxious... change the workout.

Movement should be a deposit of energy, not a withdrawal.
