Time to talk is a psychotherapy service for adults and young people. We offer a safe place to explore how you feel with a qualified and BACP registered psychotherapist. Whether you're finding it hard to cope or just looking to make sense of the issues weighing you down. Children and young people:

Perhaps you are a young person seeking support or a parent who feels there child may need help. Session's for children and young people can help with a range of issues such as behavioural, personal, social and emotional. Are you worried about your child's emotional well-being? Maybe you and your child is on the CAMHS waiting list or waiting to see a doctor and you would like to get that extra support. How does therapy work? We firstly meet for a consultation where we can discuss what therapy is and how it can help, this gives your therapist a chance to assess what you are needing from therapy. If you are looking for therapy for a child we ask parents/carers to attend the consultation. Session's last 50 minutes, are one to one and you can have as many as you feel you need. You will review sessions with your therapist to give you an idea of the number of sessions you may need. we offer face to face session's at our therapy rooms in Ashby de la Zouch. Alternatively we offer online therapy via Zoom. Our aim:

Is it time to talk about your mental health? Time to talk is a counselling and psychotherapy service for adults, children and adolescents. We cover Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire providing home visits, Telephone counselling and Skype counselling. We offer a safe place to explore how you feel with a qualified and BACP registered counsellor. Whether you're finding it hard to cope or just looking to make sense of the issues weighing you down. Time to talk can help you get back to enjoying life! Child and adolescent counselling: At Time to talk we specialise in counselling children aged 5+ and young people. Time to talk was set up in 2016 with the aim of improving mental health through talking therapy and creative therapies.

Perhaps you are a young person seeking support or a parent who feels their child may need help, Time to talk offers counselling for a range of issues. Counselling young people has an enormous impact in terms of the person's personal, social and emotional development. Are you worried about your child's emotional well-being? Maybe you and your child are on the CAMHS waiting list or waiting to see a doctor regarding your mental health and you would like to get that extra support. We use Person centred counselling and Pro-active counselling to help young people in a supportive environment to find the answers to the issues in their lives and to enable them to live more fulfilling lives, enjoying healthy relationships and building resilience within themselves.
